Street Food Cooking Class – $44 – Practical cooking class to prepare the most popular dishes of Colombian street food. You will learn to make empanadas, from scratch, step by step and with different fillings, sweet and savory. You will also cook the famous cheese arepa, some sauces and the delicious patacones with cheese and hogao. You will taste different tropical fruits and you will learn the secrets of our famous lulo mojito. At the end we will enjoy the food accompanied by an ice cold beer while we share some travel stories.
Flavors of Colombia in a cocktail – $26 – Explore Colombian fruits, vegetables, spirits and liquors that can be used to make excellent cocktails. We will review some basic bartending skills and work together to create the most delicious flavor combinations. You will be able to taste and smell all the ingredients needed for the drinks so that you can truly understand the key elements of a Colombian cocktail. Snacks will also be provided throughout the experience of making and enjoying our cocktail creations.
